QR Code generator

Creating a QR code is made easy with the ability to add a logo, choose custom colors, and select attractive and diverse styles, all online and completely free. It can be used for business cards, link sharing, converting locations into barcodes, and more.

How to make QR codes for a whole list

  1. Prepare an Excel or CSV file with one link, number or text per row, plus an optional caption column. Or paste the list straight into the text box.
  2. Choose the file and pick the content column and the caption column. A preview appears immediately.
  3. Download a ZIP of PNG files, a ZIP of SVG files (vector, for print shops) or an A4 PDF label sheet with 4 to 70 codes per page.

What group QR codes are used for

Restaurant & café menus

Make a menu link for every table; “Table 1”, “Table 2”… is printed under each code and the A4 sheet is ready to cut.

Product labels & inventory

Take item codes or product page links from your stock spreadsheet and build a QR label for every item; SVG output suits industrial printing.

Business cards & event tickets

Give every guest or employee a personal link (profile page, registration form, ticket) with their name under the code.

Equipment, assets & city signage

Link devices, assets, signs or visitor points to their detail pages and print numbered labels in one batch.

Group QR FAQ

Is the group generator free?
Yes — completely free, no sign-up.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
No. Reading the file, drawing the codes and zipping happen in your browser; nothing is sent to the server, so customer lists and internal data stay private.
What should the file look like?
Excel (xlsx or xls) or CSV. One code per row: a column with the QR content (link, number, text) and optionally a caption column. Download the sample file and fill it in.
Are captions printed under the codes?
Yes. Each row’s caption is placed under its code in the site font — in the PNG files and on the PDF label sheet. In SVG the text stays editable.
Do the codes expire?
No. The codes are static — the content is stored inside the code itself, so it works as long as the destination link or number is valid.
Which output is best for printing labels?
For home or office printing, the A4 PDF label sheet; for print shops and industrial labels, the SVG ZIP (vector, no quality loss). PNG is for web, messaging and design work.
