Website License Agreement
This Website License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between NEGARENO ("Licensor") and the user ("Licensee").
1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website located at QR.NEGARENO.COM ("Website") solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
User shall not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Website or any part thereof, including its appearance, code, design, or structure.
- Copy, store, publicly display, or transmit any portion of the content, code, or other elements of the Website in any form or for any purpose without prior written consent from the copyright owner.
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the Website or any portion thereof to any third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Website or any portion thereof.
- Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, in and to the Website, its content, code, design, and structure are owned by the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee.
4. No Warranty
The Website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
6. QR Code Exclusion
This license does not apply to QR codes generated by the Website. The Licensee retains all rights to QR codes created using the Website's services.
7. Termination
Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Website and destroy any copies of the Website in Licensee's possession.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
By using the Website, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
